2009 - 2015

About JS Project Management

JS Project Management is a project management consulting practice helping organizations bring structure, visibility, and execution control to complex projects and active initiatives.

Our Story

JS Project Management’s early work focused on residential and commercial renovation, construction coordination, tradeshow environments, and fit-out projects. This period built the foundation for practical planning, vendor coordination, schedule management, and hands-on project execution..

2016

JS Project Management expanded into museum, retail, and commercial project environments, supporting projects that required coordination across multiple stakeholders, timelines, and delivery requirements.

2019

The company expanded its work into project management education, consultation, and training, including partnerships and initiatives connected to the Toronto Public Library and the PMI Educational Foundation.

2022

JS Project Management began supporting larger corporate and organizational projects, including business development, organizational growth, technology transition, and digital migration initiatives.

2025 & Beyond

JS Project Management continues to grow its consulting practice through project delivery support, strategic partnerships, and practical tools that help organizations improve project visibility, coordination, and execution control.
